tenek were formed in June 2007 by Peter Steer & Geoff Pinckney. The band’s debut CD was a self-funded, limited edition four-track EP, which was released in September of the same year. Buoyed by the success of this release, the band decided to record an album and was duly signed by Matt Gunn to his fledgling Toffeetones label. The first release, in October 2008, was a single entitled ‘Where’s The Time?
